We understand practices.
Private practices are organizationally complicated. Some are simple — one provider, one location, serving one specialty. But most are complex: multiple providers across multiple locations, with different decision makers depending on the buying decision. Our records keep that structure — one organization, its locations, its providers — instead of a flat list of pins.
We understand the data is flawed.
In a perfect world, we would deliver you a perfect CSV with perfect data in a perfect structure. But healthcare data is MESSY. Instead, our approach is to deliver everything we can possibly gather, and label it in as transparent and useful a way as possible. Every field carries its source, and where we can't verify something, the record says so.
Our pricing is transparent.
We gather data from many sources. Some are publicly available, but poorly structured (which we fix). Other times, we need to spend compute (and money) to gather more detailed information. When this is the case, we do share the cost with you. That's why base records cost cents and contact-enriched records cost a little more — the price is on the table before you buy.
